Hard working Americans is a mission as much as a band. Directed by justin kreutzmann, the film offers an insightful, copacetic-minded snapshot of the beginning chapter of this fertile new collaboration. Formed in late 2013, chad staehly great american taxi, dave schools Widespread Panic, Neal Casal Chris Robinson Brotherhood, Hard Working Americans features acclaimed singer/songwriter Todd Snider, Duane Trucks and Jesse Aycock.

Loose-limbed, freak flag waving specters caper inside this freshly minted but quicksilver evolving unit where the boogie politics of Haight-Ashbury canoodle with southern muscle, and a bold rallying cry for true American individualism, blue-collar understanding, freedom and community. Part of the hwa mission is shining a light on the folks that get missed in the modern shuffle, a process that only accelerated more intensely once they took this bohemian revival on the road, and the way the guys crawl inside the songs brings each song to vibrant incarnation, something happily evident on the concert film & live album The First Waltz.

The new celebrated musicians' collective released hard working americans, American Songwriter, Relix, USA Today, Huffington Post, the self-titled debut album in January 2014, garnering high praise from Rolling Stone, and NPR's Fresh Air. The first waltz is a 2-disc cd / dvd set including 11 live recordings, a brand new studio track with Rosanne Cash, and a full-length feature film capturing the formation of Hard Working Americans and their first performances together in late 2013.

The album was produced by Dave Schools and Todd Snider. Special guests include John Popper and John Keane. Hard working Americans- Hard Working Americans. 2014 debut album from this 'supergroup' consisting of todd snider vox, neal casal of The Chris Robinson Brotherhood guitars/vox, Dave Schools of Widespread Panic bass, Chad Staehly of Great American Taxi keys and Duane Trucks of King Lincoln and of the Trucks family lineage drums.

. The album was recorded at bob weir's trI Studios is San Rafael, CA, mastered by Bob Ludwig and mixed by John Keane.

He even had his friends, Jason Isbell and Amanda Shires, contribute backing vocals on a few of the tracks. At a point in time when the world has never been more complicated and confusing, his guitar, went back to his roots as a folksinger, quieter form of expression; and it might be what the world is waiting to hear; a man, Snider did a 180, to a simpler, with people getting louder and louder, and the truth.

3 was recorded at Cash Cabin in Hendersonville, TN. After spending the last six years making rock albums, Todd Snider is going back to folk. Snider wrote the set of songs and played all the instruments on the record, displaying his growth as a musician and vocalist. 1969: The Bootleg Series, Vol. 15 - Travelin' Thru, 1967

Disc 1 finds dylan in columbia's studio a in nashville recording alternate versions of compositions written for John Wesley Harding October 17 and November 6, 1967 and Nashville Skyline February 13-14, 1969 while introducing a new song "Western Road" a Nashville Skyline outtake. The latest chapter in the highly acclaimed bob dylan bootleg series revisits Dylan's pivotal musical journeys to Nashville, from 1967 to 1969, focusing on previously unavailable recordings made with Johnny Cash and unreleased tracks from the John Wesley Harding, Nashville Skyline, and Self Portrait sessions.

Discs 2 and 3 are centered around dylan's collaborations with american music icon johnny cash including the much sought-after Columbia Studio A sessions and on-stage performances at the Ryman Auditorium May 1, 1969 for the recording of the premiere episode of The Johnny Cash Show originally broadcast on ABC-TV on June 7, 1969.

Disc 3 closes with tracks recorded on may 17, 1970 with grammy award-winning bluegrass banjo legend Earl Scruggs for the PBS television special, "Earl Scruggs: His Family and Friends" originally aired January 1971. Colorado

The vinyl version of the album comes with a bonus 7" single, featuring an album outtake "Truth Kills". The 7” also includes a live, on may 17, solo version of "Rainbow of Colors" from Portland, OR, 2019 - the first time Neil ever performed this song live. Colorado" is the first new neil Young with Crazy Horse album since 2012's "Psychedelic Pill".

The album will be released on October 25th and features 10 new Neil Young compositions. This incarnation of crazy horse is neil young on vocals, ralph molina on drums and features the return of Nils Lofgren on guitar and piano, Billy Talbot on bass, harmonica and vibes, piano, guitar, almost 50 years since he last appeared on a Crazy Horse album 1971.

It includes several songs that neil has been playing live in the past few months eg: "Rainbow of Colors", "Green Is Blue" and "Milky Way", and the epic 13+ minute track "She Showed Me Love". Down To The River

It was time to take all the lessons of the past, all their collective experiences, and make something new. Led by devon allman, and duane betts, dickey betts, gregg allman, the album was recorded at the famed Muscle Shoals Sound Studios with producer Matt Ross-Spang Jason Isbell, son of founding Allman Brothers Band guitarist and singer, Margo Price, son of founding Allman Brothers Band keyboardist and singer, John Prine and Elvis Presley.

The beginning of the partnership between Devon Allman and Duane Betts goes back to the Gregg Allman tribute show at the Fillmore in San Francisco. Tedeschi Trucks Band- Signs. Shrink-wrapped.
